The Southeast Labour Market Partnership (SLMP) has been established to implement the key objectives and initiatives within the Greater Moncton Regional Workforce Strategy 2019-2024
to ensure the region continues to have a strong talent pipeline moving forward. The initiatives below fall under two of SLMP’s working groups.
The Talent Development Working Group is tasked with strengthening efforts to ensure that young people graduate with an increased awareness of local industries and the career
opportunities offered across the region. The Retention Working Group is tasked to encourage our future talent to stay and build their careers in our beautiful region.
