GinaBeth is the Regional Director of Digital Communications and co-interim Regional Director of Corporate Communications at Horizon. She is based at The Moncton Hospital. Health care communications has never been more important – or more in the spotlight – than it has in the last 2.5 years and she is responsible for internal, media, digital and crisis communications for the largest health authority in NB. GinaBeth will speak to challenges and solutions in communicating with various audiences – especially those who are critical of your message. Using her background as a journalist, she will share how storytelling and engagement fosters growth and self-confidence and helps builds connections between people, teams and communities. She can also speak to a journalism/communications career path. GinaBeth has two Bachelor degrees (English, Saint Mary’s University; Journalism, University of King’s College) and a Master’s degree (English, Queen’s University).
