Lynn Noble, CTMP, CIR
A proud member of The Co-operators team since 2014, Lynn first brought her experience in client service and business management to the insurance industry as a Licensed Insurance Representative. She joined the development and operation of a new department, National Workforce Management, the following year, and then found her home in Human Resources as a Talent Sourcer in 2019.
According to Lynn, The Co-operators culture and values continually motivate and foster growth, development and sustainability – not only for the company but also for our communities. She believes The Co-operators has been a game changer for her in countless ways and, as part of the recruitment team, she is excited about the privilege of offering life-changing opportunities to others.
As a Certified Talent Management Practitioner and Certified Life Coach, Lynn combines her contagious enthusiasm, passion and energy with her love of community involvement. She volunteers as a coach with Le PREI, a local program for the retention of international students, and provides leadership mentoring for those who are new to the area or the industry. Lynn sat on the Board for five years for Le Phare Familial, a non-profit early childhood education and family resource centre for Francophones in the Moncton area, and served as President of the Board for three years. Currently, she is President of Le comité de parents du Nouveau Brunswick at école Le Mascaret.
Lynn believes that building strong partnerships is the catalyst to drive change and empower positive growth in our communities. She is passionate about making an impact at The Co-operators and within her community by connecting people to opportunity.
A life-long Maritimer, Lynn spends as much time as possible with her children, while supporting and participating in numerous local initiatives.
