Michelle Alcorn is an award-winning business strategist, coach, best selling author, chef, host and connector. She became the proud Founder of R&R Solution in 2010 and President & CEO of Atlantic Canada Language Academy in Lunenburg Nova Scotia in 2020. A strong advocate for our local community, she serves as Past President of the Albert County Chamber of Commerce and sits on the Education and Training Committee for the Moncton North East Construction Association. A believer in the power of food to connect and transcend barriers, Michelle produces and hosts “Atlantic Canada Cooks”, a weekly online cooking club offering promotion to local producers and proudly connecting people from all over the world with opportunities in Atlantic Canada and globally.

After many successful years living in Toronto leading National sales and operations teams across Canada with American Eagle Outfitters, Pearle Vision and Sears Optical she moved home to New Brunswick where she shifted her career and spent 5 years working for a large recruitment agency on local and international recruitment. In 2010 her life as an entrepreneur began. When Michelle founded R&R Solution, it was to continue to work with individuals and companies to reach their goals by recruiting and retaining the right people. The R&R team develops Recruitment and Retention solutions that people can implement to get the results they are looking for. As a leader, Certified Coach and recruiter she has interviewed thousands of people helping them start new careers, she sees that each person’s interests, background, motivations, desires, and work style are different.  These strengths allow her to work individually with people and companies to make solid hiring decisions, lead teams and develop programs to engage people to deliver results that matter.

It is Michelle’s passion for connecting people and helping others succeed which makes her a remarkable individual with a depth of knowledge on human dynamics and interconnection. It is her privilege to help many more people connect with the opportunity they are looking for.
