Josie Marks

Josie works with local and national businesses as well as government and other public entities with respect to a wide range of issues.  Her work includes:

  • Providing strategic advice and representation to clients with respect to shareholder, contractual and commercial disputes;
  • Advising public and private sector employers with respect to employment law matters;
  • Providing advice and opinions in relation to complex legal issues, including Charter rights and other constitutional matters; and
  • Representing and advising clients with respect to public and regulatory law, including judicial reviews and appeals from decisions of boards, commissions and tribunals.
