In his 10 years career, Bertin has executed transactions totaling more than 3 million square feet mainly in Industrial and Commercial asset types across New Brunswick. His recent deals include an 82,000 SF Lease for a heavy equipment manufacturer, a 120,000-SF warehousing/distribution center, and a 15,000 SF commercial multi-Tenant sales transaction.
In his free time, Bertin spends time in Volunteer Philanthropic work for Georges Dumont Hospital Foundation.
